Wheel question

Here is a picture of my wheel. I am wondering how do you remove that lug nut cap? I need to do that to change tire. Thanks.

very simple ( only one of them is the locking nut the rest are fake use an Allan key

 Thanks again for answering the dumb question. I just changed the tire which was busted thanks to the suburban chicago potholes. Tomorrow I will change all the four tires. Any recommendations? i am looking at Michellin Pilot Exalto  A/S.
