i get a new headlight combination switch for my 1999 a4 2.8 quattro.

Check out www.shokan.com - they're in PA and have a pretty good reputation.  Just give them a call for a price.  I see them on eBay too.  And you can check the classifieds on here as well - there's a few people parting cars out and they may have the part.
