Sure you don't want to just get sheep skin seat covers to keep warm? Audi dealers will be a quite expensive, better to trade your A3 for one you want.

I doubt they would install a factory option such as that. That is why they are called factory fit options, as they are fitted to the vehicle when it is being built for a buyers specification. You could always try, but it would be a fortune from Audi.

I too bought an 06 with low miles and it has cloth (grey). IMHO the color Audi chose was not good as it's too light. So I ordered a set of charcoal grey sheep skin covers. Installed, they look great and feel great.

Have you considered after market leather seats?
I had a set of Katzkin black leather, HEATED seats installed in my 02 Wrangler. I also had the "Jeep" logo stitched into the seat back. The seats wore like iron and the heated option was great in a cold, soft top Jeep.
Go to this site:
http://www.katzkin.com and click on the 'installer search' to find a detailer in your area.
FYI, I did a search for A3 seat application and nothing turned up. However, there is an 800 number you can call and see if they indeed have A3 patterns or not...
