Red face 2001 Allroad Electrical Problems

Ok so it's a 2001 allroad. Had water in floor and everything worked when windows quit i found the water was there. Box flooded. Replaced box and wires. Ok so windows/locks don't function, and now air cond/heater blower don't work and no power at fuse box. Controls light up ok. Also no turn signals. They quit while driving the other day. Lights, radio, hazards function, as do seats, and wipers. checked blower motor it's ok. Have had the control box programmed but do you think it would need it again? Kinda weird it did ok this long and now heat quit. hmn any ideas? Has many new parts on it. Does have problem under good acceleration about 45 + to 70 mph sometimes. Kinda vibrates. Newer rear shocks, and tires, rotors, axles. Bigger turbos. Anyone wanna purchase it?

The water on your floor from the good old plenum drain getting blocked and a waterfall entering your car when you go round a bend?

Had my battery out the other day and unblocked mine as I had a pond in the passenger footwell. Gotta love Audi design

Yes i have to clean that out twice a year. Like they don't have trees in Germany. Guess i'm suppose to have a garage to keep it in and a parking garage without trees at work. lol Um no. It was the hood cable gromet was loose from the mechanic taking the front end off it.

Also took it to audi dealer. they tried to reprogram and now the door locks work . Took it again with wires replaced, and a new fuse and the windows and doors function ok. Weird. Also interior lights. Now no headlights, except flashing high beam. No wipers, turnsignals, hazards,ac or heat, blower motor. weird..... I think i should have gotten a jag wagon. probably would have had less problems.

If you jump power from relay panel to blower motor the blower and turnsignals will function. Still no headlights though. lol. After this the windows, interior lights, and sunroof have been functioning good.
