Allroad Subwoofer speaker ??

Looks like my subwoofer speaker is shot. Does anyone know what a replacement is? Its not the bose system, the only thing i found is it is made by ASK. Whoever they are, i know it is a 6" but i dont know the impedance. any help appreciated.
