Default Audi Quattro Motor Mounts

I have a 2004 Audi Quattro. I normally take it for service at a dealer. I tried a different service center who did a basic inspection and said the motor mounts were over tightened and caused cracking.
I am going to review my services records, but would like any advice as to how to approach the dealer and ask them to correct the damage they may have done?

Good luck trying to prove the dealer did anything wrong to you motor mounts. I would not even bother!
Most of the time the mounts go bad by leaking (hydraulic).
