Default Cracked Flywheel, Dead Torque Converter!

This is ridiculous! Do not ever look for a cheap way to fix this car, or any car that you spend a good amount of money on. They just cannot be fixed like it's some '87 Cavalier.

I had to replace torque converter because of leaking internal seal, since it cannot be replaced on its own. A good "acquaintance" did it for me for a real good price; I thought I was getting a killer deal. In few weeks the ride was so terrible I wanted to get it examined by a pro. After little web searching, I found a real knowledgeable tech, but his prices are anything but a bargain. He sold me with his knowledgeable talk. In few days he shocked me with pictures of my cracked flywheel! That was anything but a fairy tale, wow!!

Turns out, a "good friend of mine" tried to instal the new torque converter by wedging it in without removing the trans. So as he was beating it inside, it must have deviated the travel passages and later shot the flywheel and trans oil pump along with it.

Save yourself time and money by getting your cars repaired by true techs, not some back yard junkies.
