Angry GRR!! Air Suspension!!

I have an 01 Allroad. Sprung a leak on the front driver side air bladder, Yea, I saw it coming.. Replaced the front bladders, compressor was shot, dammit... Replaced it last night and the new unit isn't running.
I've come across a few threads on here that say theres a 40amp fuse located somewhere under the hood as well as a relay, but none say exactly where.

The leveling light in the center just flashes on the lowest level, only jack mode works, and the leveling system light in the instrument cluster is on. Car is far from level.
Anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to why my new compressor will not run?
