Default Black out headlights

I was wondering if anyone had a DIY on blacking out the B5's headlights. I would like to use a heat gun to get them apart but is there any other way? Maybe an easier way? And has anyone done it with success and got some pics? All ur info helps!

Just finished mine last night. I'm going to polish the lenses up right now and post pictures up either tonight or tomorrow. Oven is a better way to go. There's a tech article on audiworld about it. He did 240 degrees for like 30 minutes.

I didn't want to risk baking it that high so i did 170 for 10 minutes 3 different times. Should have just done the 240. Anyway they came out awesome in the end. They're a bitch to disassemble and re assemble though.
