here is a few slips from the track tonite

this is a 2001 giac chip and ecs n75 are the only performance mods.

this is a tiptronic transmission btw[:'(] so hard to get a good launch

I haven't looked up any stats on what the A4 runs... but is a 16-17 sec 1/4 mile time accurate?!?! I thought chipping would make it faster than that. I'm still stock right now... so i'm afraid to see what I would be running.

im ko4ed with tiptron and ran a 15.7 last week, i dont have exhaust or tip chip so thats killin my 1/4 mile times.. there was a stock tip tron at the track that day runnin a 19.8 so i think my time wasent that bad

well that makes me feel better


glad i didnt waste my time running it stock. i just thought it would be quicker than 16.79 with the chip


next mod is the tip chip that should shave some tenths off dont you think?

also hunting for the best deal on a k04 as well.


i would really love to do a gt2x setup, but that would turn our tip trans into mashed potatoes i think

yea when i get the tip and exhaust i predict about a 14.5 out of her. i picked up my used k04 for 475 shipped look around and u can find one for cheap

i would like to head up there to dubwerks in libertyville some saturday to get the tip chip soldered in and check out the shop

no, i live in belleville, metro east st. louis

but i sent my ecu up the them for the giac chip, rich is a cool kat, seems like they got a good shop goin up there
