Default Need help!! fuel problem!

So i have been having trouble firing my car up lately. I JUST got the fuel pumped changed out (last week, $450 down the drain!!), thinking that was the problem........NOPE!!! It would usually turn over after 2 or 3 turns, but I tried it this morning and now it will not turn. I checked the fuse and its fine, I have no idea how to check the FPR. What ideas do you guys have? Thanks to all that help!

Fuel filter was changed about 3K miles ago and the spark plugs have about 12K miles on them. i thought about changin the spark plugs cause that would be the least cost, so i might do that today. But the fuel filter is brand spankin new.

So today i checked the voltage, (which was fine) and checked the fuel pump by disconnecting the output line and connecting a seperate clear hose to be able to see the fuel actually pump or not. Well i turn the key and the fuel started pumping, so now its definitely not the pump. I also unhooked the fuel line to the engine to see if the engine was getting fuel, but it never did. So this leads me to believe that the fuel filter is clogged. I know a couple of you suggested that, but now i was wondering if anyone had this happen after only a couple thousand miles? I should be getting a new filter put on tomorrow, so i will let you guys know what happens.

Did you install the filter? Did you or whoever installed the filter install it upside-down?
