escort, valentine, or beltronics 995, what i use, and my personal favorite of the 3.

valentine is nice because it tells you where the signal is coming from, but the 995 seems to pick up the signal quite a bit sooner than the other 2, with fewer false alarms

Do some research and find out if your state is using LIDAR. If so, get a laser diffuser as a radar detector will do you no good.

V1, so you know if it's behind you then you can gun it away from them.
