so i went to shucks today to get it scanned and it came up
with
PO116
engine coolant sensor
but when i bought the car in june
i had that replaced because it was bad
so im hoping it is under warranty
if its not is it a DIY thing?

DEFINITELY. Especially if your car is a 1.8T.

 

it ended up being a bad replacement sensor from when i got it changed the first time
the shop i go to ordered the new one today and it should get installed
within the next week
