Just ordered '09 A4 2.0T....specs:
Brilliant Black/Black
2.0T Quattro
6-sp Auto
Prestige Package
Navigation Package
Drive Select
Total Price (MSRP): $46,500
....w/Tax, license, etc....$50,250!
MY ETA delivery is around the 3rd week of Sept. I REALLY wanted to get the S-Line Package (or at least the 19" Sports Package) but my agent told me Audi has been having BIG problems with getting enough S-Line parts, and thus, there is NO definitive date as to when those cars will even get out of production! I test drove both the 2.0T and the 3.2 and found no big difference in power......if anything, I found the 2.0T to be a little faster to 30MPH. Also, I found the 2.0T to be a little more nimble as far as handling....and you get better fuel economy to boot! I can't wait to try out the Drive Select feature! In the end, I feel a little "guilty" paying $50,000 for an "entry-level" luxury car....and one that has only a 4-cyl......but also, I didn't want to get another boring 3-series, or a TL or an Infiniti G. I just LOVE how the new A4 looks and there is nothing like it on the road!
