Depending on the size of hail you may want to consider a garage...we had quarter size hail not far from here yesterday. My grandparents had baeball sized hail a few years ago. I don't think any car cover is going to help with baseball size hail.

 

hailproof? make sure its a thick thick cover.....

a good hail most likely wont get stopped by a cover. U need it to be hard or maybe just put it in ur garage if thats an option.
