Yes! There are many of us in Minnesota, or at least in the Minneapolis area. Outside of there not as many.

Just bought a used Audi and I already love it. From what I understand it may cost me an arm and a leg for that love but I didn't pay anything for it 'cause it's a '96 A4 2.8L Quattro.

Any hints for a new Audi owner?

Gotta start somewhere. I'm bringing my car into the mechanic soon. I've got a question fur ya.

I'm hearing what I can only describe as a creaking (not high pitch creaky) noise from what I think is the rear passenger side when I come to a full stop and when I leave a full stop. I want to say it's my breaks but I don't know 'cause it kinda continues for a little bit after I've completely let up on the break pedal. Maybe the suspension?

Any similar experiences? Are the breaks just cranky on Audi's?

I really dont know. I have that same problem.

Hey All. I'm new to the site. Just bought myself a 2003 A4 1.8t with 29k miles. Are there many people down in Rochester that any of you know of. I was the proud owner of a Ford Contour SVT, the A4 seemed like the logical progression in automobiles. After doing some research, I'm very happy I bought a bumper to bumper warranty, as it sounds like repairs are pretty spendy...

Hey Guys/gals. My Name is Gary, just picked up a 00 s4 super clean car very impressed with it. Wish I would have known more about these years ago LOL. Any ways, small plans with it, she will be my daily driver, but I don’t think it would hurt to do a stg 2 maybe 3 upgrade. As far as shops go, I will be doing all the work myself. A friend and I have our own little shop that we do work in for different jobs, hopefully, I will be able to meet you people in the near future.

Picked up a 1990 90 with the 5 cylinder about a month ago. I was driving a 2001 galant, so It's a little different. Gotta like the 5 speed and sunroof and all the other gadgets, and especially the heated seats. It's not the prettiest thing, but runs strong.

Faribault here! Picked up an 86 GT Coupe. Needs a lttle work (clutch & body). Good way to get the son into quality cars and still have fun doing it.

Hello all! Just moved back to MN from MI. Got my second Audi. 1st was a 1974 100LS Automatic, my first car in HS. Now I am in a 1998 A4Q 2.8 Avant. I love it! By far the nicest car I have ever owned. Can't wait to see what it does in the snow!

a4 2.8q here, switched to audi after my last baby (02 wrx) was killed by an old geezer. loving it so far, need to rebuild the transmission pretty soon i guess...so far, loving it, besides the coolant light that keeps going on and fluid that mysteriously goes bye bye...

Burnsville TT. I love my car so much. I miss it so much also though :-(
Maplewood Audi keeps taking it from me because they don't know how to fix a damn transmission, or anything else they've touched on my car so far either! :-(

Does anyone herebuy or get maintenance from Maplewood? im thinking about getting an ECU upgrade, and am wondering how maplewood deals with mods like this and if they may void the warranty if they find it.

I moded my ecu but first i did a motor swap got a 30v in now it had a 12v but cant super charge a 12v from what i know as for ecm you can gain about 12 to 30 hp,if done right,as for warrantys im realy not sure....i gesss it would if it sets off engen codes and you try to holed dealer responsable,then if there a good dealer they just might pick up on the ecm being changed, as for mine ... i know there is a program out by newspeed that can upgrade your ecm to euroup specs. i was going to do that...and thats abot$300 or so and only place i know that does it around me is were i got my body kit from...

Hey, I'm new here. I bought a 1998 BMW 328is 5 speed at the end of June, just in time for graduation (Edina class of 07'). I work at Motorwerks BMW so they sold me my car, yet didnt give me a deal on it [:@]. I was looking at B5's as well as E36's and decided on the E36 beacuse I work at the dalership. Anyways, I was wondering if any of you are interested in getting a Euro-Only meet going sometime soon. If somebody here wants to suggest it to the VW guys thatd be great. I know that if there was a Euro meet, I could get a whole bunch of Bimmers to go. IDK about Mercs though... do people even mod their Benz???

Anyways, a little about my E36, see sig. Or go to my prof and check my homepage, its a BMW enthusiest gorup from MN and I could probably get most of the members of it to go to said meet.

New to the site from Maple Grove. Good to see so many Audi owners active here in MN. I'm on my 3rd Audi now. Just bought a 2004 A6 2.7T quattro on Friday AM. I was originally looking at a 2006 A4, but the A4 is a little small for me. Plus, the A6 has the S-line package :) So, I'm looking forward to testing it out on dry roads...
