Default Scam - warning.

I just got an email from someone trying to buy my side skirts I posted for sale... and I thoguth what the hell, I'll google his name, see if I can get any 411 results...

first result was this: http://www.landroversonly.com/forums...iffiths-21065/

and its the exact same email he sent to me:

Hello

I am interested in buying the B5 RS4 Front Bumper & Side Skirts that you have placed for sell now, and I would want to enquire about the present condition of the above mentioned, as well as some detail about you. I expect this timely enough.

As for the payment, I would need you to get back in touch with the last asking price as I will be paying with a certified cheque.

Lastly, please forward to me your full company's (or house address, telephone and fax) details as I will subsequently prefer reaching you through these facilities.

Yours interestingly,

Raymond Griffiths
Be ware.

The only thing I find weird about that is that he's asking for your address. A telephone number or fax number is common for contacting someone about a sale. If you were to arrange a meeting in person, then I could see him asking for an address, but right away I'd be aware as well. Creepy people in this world man.

Anytime they use words like "above mentioned", "paying with a certified cheque." they are scammers.
