Default FEELER: 2001.5 1.8T Avant w/ GT3071r MAF-less, BBK, Milltek, KWV3, etc etc

FEELER: I'm gauging the interest in my 2001.5 B5 A4 Avant that I'm considering selling soon if I can get the full asking price. I've owned the car for the last 2.5 years, and purchased it at 51,500 miles. The car just hit 75,000 miles. Since I've owned the car, it's been absolutely BABIED from the day I got it. As it sits, the car is great shape. For a 7 year old car, the body is in good. There are a few scratches here and there, but nothing at all major. I've got several thousand dollars invested (poorly) into this car in mods and maintenance.

Basic Info:
2001.5 1.8T Avant
Sports, Convenience, Cold Weather Packages
Just hit 75,000 miles
Up-to-Date on ALL maintenance
Oil changes every 5k miles

Engine:

Chris Tapp Maf-Less File
Custom t25-flange manifold and 3" downpipe
DUH Front Mount Intercooler
Southbend Stage 4 Clutch (~14k miles)
Milltek Exhaust
Forge 004 Blow Off Valve
034 and Stern Drivetrain mounts (tranny and diff bushings)
S4 Motor Mounts (could need new mouts soon)
Eurospec Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
Phenolic Intake Manifold Spacer
Catch Can

Wheels/Brakes/Suspension:
KW Variant 3 Coilovers
Stoptech 332mm Big Brake Kit
18x8.5" Bronze RS4 reps on Dunlop Wintersport tires (winter)
034 Wheel Stud Kit

Exterior:
InPro Mirror Caps
Tinted Tails
Ecode Halogen Headlights with DDM Tuning 6000K HID kit

Interior:
UUC Short Shifter
Greddy Profec B Spec 2 Boost Controller
Innovate XD-16 Wideband Controller
Charcoal Grey Suede Headliner (in progress)
Pioneer Avic D2 Navigation Unit (sometimes a lil faulty) w/ Ipod Integration
Kenwood Excelon 5.25" Components
Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 Sub
DIY Carbon Fiber Beltline Trim

Good:
Car runs great. Idles perfectly solid. Spot-on/accurate AFRs and timing curve
Boosts to 17psi and holds. Pulls strong
All maintenance is up-to-date: Timing belt done by previous owner before purchase at 51,500. Oil changes every 3-5k miles

Bad:
-The headliner sags when it gets humid. But I can have it professionally redone if buyer is willing to pay.
-The passenger side lower Strut bushing needs to be replaced (cheap)
-The front passenger side window switch is faulty, but will be fixed before being sold
-Front bumper and hood could be realigned if ur a perfectionist
-The hot side intercooler piping has a dent in it. I bought it used from Blake260, but it's worked just fine...not sure how it happened
-Oil return line off the turbo is a bit too long, but will be replaced with a shorter line and better fittings before being sold

Price is $12,500

I'm thinking of buying the quite RS6-clone A6 4.2 and fixing it up. But that'd only be a temporary car until I find a relatively low-mileage B6 S4 Avant in Nogaro blue

I don't really want to part out at this point because it'll be pretty hard getting the car back to stock after all the things I've changed......installing a Full size turbo (as opposed to an Elim) means a LOT of custom fabrication to stock hardware.....So I'm sorta at the point of no return, unfortunately. This is a highly modified car, and I think it should stay that way

no, i mean tear it apart and sell it in pieces.... i mean someone already offered you for the shell

now sell the motor, the after market brakes and suspension for stock

the guys that total out theirs buy them back for cheap and sell for fair market value... and make some $'s

i love the car, would buy in a heart beat......... free bump for an awsome looking car

Yea, I'm waiting to hear back from him to find out if that was a legitimate request. If it was, then a complete part out might be a more realistic option.....especially since that guy is only 40 mins down the road from me......I'd love to be able to walk away with $13-$14k if I went that route
