I was just wondering if anyone has ever been to waterfest and how the experience was? I would love to go but its almost a 13 hour drive for me, but im still gonna try and make it if I can get off work. We should go rep audiforums!

 

I went the year there was horrible flash-flooding and a bunch of VeeDub drivers were arrested for using construction cones on the highway as an autocross course. The show had just a few very awesome cars, but nothing amazing. Kinda dissapointing, but the parties and the people were awesome. I even got my 91 SHO I was driving on a burnout vid.

It's worth a trip, at least once. I think H20i in MD is considered more of a serious show now, but Waterfest always has some cool events. You can drag race, burnout, drink, get sunburnt, laugh at 17 second stock Corrados, and admire VW owner's girlfriends.

 

I am making the 15 hour trek north for Waterfest. Very excited about it. Not so much on the 15 hour drive though.

I think it would be illegal not to go living only about an hour away :-p

Yea its a really long drive for me as well but I figured I'd atleast go check it out atleast once. Im just hoping the weather is nice and who knows maybe they will have some good deals at the vendors there.
