265?! Both tires are huge. You won't want a tire setup that staggered with quattro. Those offsets are too high too. Just wondering, what are they off of..?

It should fit with some spacers.

The problem with the stretch is that taking tires the same size and stretching them in two different width wheels is that the rears will be more stretched than the fronts. That could create a difference in front to rear stretch, causing problems.
I don't know for sure but logic says so, so it's at least something to keep in mind.

More rear stretch is ok, and common. The biggest problem with these would be the high offsets. You'd need huge spacers to get the right look.

I ran staggered 8.5 and 9.5 with 215's all around. It was fine! :)
I mean, it can arguably considered as dangerous or what not but we'll just end it there. ;)

as long as the overall diameter of the tires are the same all around, you can run whatever widths you can fit in the wheel wells. the tires just need to all roll the same distance in 1 revolution, or you eat your differentials.

That's why any reputable tire place won't replace just two wheels on an AWD vehicle. I never knew why, because the wife's Pacifica is an AWD, and I only really needed front tires. So I did some research and learned that if the front and back aren't the same size, the diff is going to do entirely too much work, and wears out prematurely...
