I bought this cover when I bought my '02 A4 but ended up parking it in the garage after I used it a couple times. It cost me $225 (check audiusa.com accessories) and I barely even used it. It's now for sale, I'm using the money to buy a cover for my car that I park outside. It's perfect and I still have the box, it also comes with storage bag and care instructions. I've owned aftermarket covers before but factory covers like this block literally everything. Just an FYI...
I've seen many of these go for as little as $40 and as high as $100, but most (used covers) have been selling for around $50. New, unused covers go for around $100. The Sport car cover (very rare) commands a lot more.
