Default Buying a used Audi

Hi every one, I am going to be buying an A4 in the very near future, I will be buying it from a private dealer. They are asking $9300 obo with 111k miles
What do you think the best offer would be and do you think that that its even worth it to buy with that many miles? thanks

What year is it? I got my 99 in 03 and paid 15,000. It had 45,000 miles. With all the trouble I'm having I think I over paid. That’s just one person's opinion. I could just have bad luck. Other people here love their cars. I really do like my car it's just sick.[sm=smiley19.gif]

1997 A4 1.8t, wood grain pkg., 12 disc cd changer, 130k, $5000. Pretty good deal, Although I have put quite some miles on it, it still runs great. No major problems. Just keep the oil changes in it!!
