who makes a coilover system for a Quattro B5 that doesnt have to be removed to be adjusted? I kno TomRitt's system does, but i dont have that kinda money.

For damping adjustability on the car you'll need to spend more cash. I believe they're out for the FWDs now. The ride height and dampening will be adjustable without removing the coilovers. The dampening is even adjustable from within the car for an extra $300.
