Anyone ever look into getting another 1-2" more leg room in the drivers seat?

Lol, well I have not even purchased yet. When test driving it just seemed like another 1-2in would be great, but its totally do-able with the seat all the way in the down position and back.

I did find a guy that does handicap modifications that seems to think its not a problem to do...

I've heard of people bringing their car to an upholsered and having some foam removed to give you an extra 2" of headroom. Seems like a simple and inexpensive (under $100) procedure. Search Audiworld.com for the details.

Theres not 2 inches of headroom available even if you remove the entire headliner. Moving the seat would be a difficult task also. Four bolts hold the seat in and they are at the very front and rear of the seat rails. You would have to remove the threaded inserts from the floor and have them installed farther rearward. Due to the liablity involved youd have a hard time finding anyone to due that.

No they removed 2 inches of foam from the seat.
