I don't know of a chip available yet for the '04 TT.
Abt has chips for the TT up to 2002 that I know of for sure.

I'll check my sources and let you know.

Oooops! My bad!
My brain read 250 but I processed 225.[sm=smiley9.gif]

You mean the new 3.2 engine, don't you?

I think there has been some work with supercharging; IIRC the numbers were over 300hp.

Nevertheless, I have a call out to a buddy with a VW R3.2 - he'll know the scoop.

Hey!!
My friend called back and said that both APR and GIAC are working on or have already come out with the chip. It isn't listed yet because it's so new. He suggested calling GIAC directly as well as APR.

He did remind me/you that the 3.2 does not benefit from a chip very well. The best you can hope for is an increase of 10-15%. Supercharging the beast is more desirable.

Hey Imolas4

Thanks for the info! My boy told me that he had read the same info about the 3.2 not benifiting from the chip very well...

So supercharging....what kind of increase do you think i could get and any ballpark ideas on cost of doing something like that?

SC's tend to give monster increases in HP, but they do come at a price. I've heard of many SC's ranging from $2k to $5K, depending on the application.
