Custom tuned by Jeff Moss@the torque factory PES T28 setup specific for MY 2000 cars including
VR6 MAF
380cc siemens inj
N75J valve (w/MBC in parallel to limit spike from the custom wastegate for the PES kit which was originally with an electronic boost controller)
one of a king flash software with 5 program flash loader including pump gas
mode, race gas mode kill and valet
ARP turbo studs (do not come with the PES kit)
Greddy custom mounted front mount intercooler
Samco intake manifold inlet hose
EVO MS billet DV
LaBree Motorsports 3" High Flow Cat
LaBree Motorsports 2 1/2" Downpipe
Custom LaBree/HKS 2 1/2" exhaust with a 14" SS magnaflow
straight through resonatore and a powdercoated black HKS
Klasse straightthrough muffler.
SPP/SPAL Electric fan kit
Transmission:
Werks of Art Stg 4 clutch: (clutch is very stiff rated for over 400whp)
4300lb dual diaphragm pressure plate
kevlar/ceramic 6 puck sprung hub disk
12 lb. Aasco light weight flywheel
APR black snub mount
suspension/brakes:
H&R sport springs
bilstein sport shocks
mintex race pads
Exterior :
RS4 replica front end
V2 sides
S4 rear
RS4 grille
oem E39 M5 rear lip (put it on before the M3 came out)
stock housings with clear corners and 4300k RS6 HIDs
18x8" 2006 S-Line S4 wheels OEM
235/40ZR18 michelin pilot sports (have maybe 2000 miles, condition is brand new).
interior:
piano black shifter surround
black alcantara shift boot with silver stitching
black alcantara euro **** (smaller)
the timing belt was done at 65,000 miles, and the turbo kit was installed at this point. Before i installed the turbo i had it rebuilt by turbo city and they installed the wrong bearings, no real issue came of this other then a little blow by. nevertheless i took it to innovative turbo who is the supplier for PES and had them install a brand new center cartridge so the turbo has just about 1700 miles on it. the injectors were installed at 73,000 miles along with the MAF. I plan on changing the tie rods for the Meyle HDs before the car is sold and the control arms are in good condition. The car as it sits put down a little over 250whp on 91 octane (for you chp junkies that is 333hp). I have leak down tested the engine every 5000 miles since the turbo kit has been in and the engine has remained perfect since it was installed (3% leak down across the board). The car currently has 79,xxx miles and is in near perfect condition (perfect for a 5 1/2 year old car). The reason i am selling the car is because i just acquired a 2001.5 6-speed S4 with 11,000 miles, it is nogaro blue with blue alcantara interior and all options but nav (pictures of the new one down below). It IS the ONLY car that could have broken me away from my baby. I am the original owner of the A4 and wish i could afford to keep both, but i cant so after 5 1/2 years of loyalty it is time to say good bye. feel free to ask me any questions you might have about the car.. the car has always been my daily driver and functions like a stock A4 with all factory safety nets and components in place. This as close to a factory 333hp B5 A4 as you are going to get. This car literally is one of a kind (many of the parts are at least). All of the tuning and dyno testing has been done with a functioning high flow cat. the power that i made was in smog legal form.

Its all good the A6 4.2s are sweet. (at least I am assuming that is what you got from the pics in your gallery.)
