Default Loud Noise coming from Brakes and Rotors?? Help

okay so heres the prob, i have a 2000 TT, i just bought it about a month ago and for that past month when i am slowing down and applying my breaks from about 10-2 mps this loud noise seems to be coming from the back and front of my car. Kinda like your brakes/rotors would if you havent changed them in forever. But the front has new brakes and the back are kinda of worn..but they are not bad enough to be making all that noise.. could it be anything else ??

you can get orbital slotted rotors from blauparts.com for a pretty resonable price

drilled rotors are prone to cracking and offer less surface area overall than slotted rotors. I actually just bought slotted rotors tonight for all four wheels tonight because I had thought my wheel bearing was shot and put it off for so long. Turned out it was my rear pad ground down to metal on metal and even chipped a piece out of the rotor.

Anyway, check tire rack out, they have pretty good prices. I spent $370 for all 4 rotors.
