Default can you adjust a TT clutch?

I've recently had a TT's clutch replaced and the pedal now engages WAY close to the floor. Doesn't seem normal, and I am also told that as the disc wears the pedal's engagement point becomes "higher and higher" (that is, further away from the floor).

help please...

the engagement feels wonderful (new master and slave, and mechanically bled so I hope its not air)... I'll try avant80's idea first... THANKS MUCH!!!
