i tinted these myself and took them off after about a week when i got a fix-it ticket. 15-20 coats of tint, about 10 clear coats. DOT and other lettering has been sanded off, tails were also wet-sanded before tinting. i also did the dual rear fog conversion. the finish didn't come out as smooth as it should have, they should be wetsanded and polished to get them looking perfect. i want them gone SOON! $50 +shipping

i think they look awesome on black and silver a4s...not too sure about other colors, i'd have to see them on it to give an opinion...i think on a blue car the red tails would probably look better though

why are you selling them? I think black tails look kinda nice on blue, but i would never get them myself.

When you step on the brakes, is it still very, very clear that your lights are on?

 

very clear, yes. although they look black, it's not black paint, it's just a LOT of tint. as you can see from the pics above, even the reflectors can still be clearly seen (that picture was taken with the flash on)

if i have enough time next weekend i'll install them and take some night pics
