I would like to be an owner driver of a S6 Allroad.
I'm pretty sure there is no such thing; assuming that, what would it take to build it?

money and time....mostly money

I knew about the money part, what I wanted to know is what are the actual parts that would be required and is it a simple swapping of parts and reprogramming or is it more involved?

Oddly, the allroad has the by far lowest number of AIUs (Automotive Internet Users) of any Audi--it's 73%, and the average is over 85%, even factoring in the low 73%. I wonder if that's why the forum is so dead?

I've got one....great car, love the sport gear, but the back left rim is bent and theres a wicked vibration at 70mph....do I straighten em out or just replace it ??

Replacing them would be a wise decision although having it straigted out would be very cost effective

We have two allroads, an S6 4.2 and an A6 4.2. They are great, are in the process of changing a few of them.

Everyone is right on here about the Allroad owners...let's see we have a 04 TT225 Roadster, 05 VW Touraeg V8, 04 VW R32 and an 02 Allroad Quattro. All the forums I get on are mostly for the TT and the R32. Wonder why that is?!?!?!?! Hmmm...now I am really confused. I just never really think about getting on the forums for the Allroad or the Touraeg. Go figure...

Hi guys, I have an 01 allroad quattro 2.7T.
I live in melbourne Australia.
I am thinking about doing some minor cosmetic customisations on it but I can't seem to find anything for the allroad, everything is for the TT and a4 and so on.

One of the reasons I love my allroad is that there are so few around. Even in Vancouver, they are all relegated to the Northshore (where I don't live). Out in the suburbs, I can drive for a month without seeing another one. Volvo XC's & Subaru Outbacks are more common, and SUV's of all sizes have taken over from mini-vans...go figure.

However, that being said, rarer car owners are often more passionate about their cars, so I would expect there to be more posters here too. I find myself posting to the General Tech board more often than here, simply because of the higher reply rate.
