First, Let me give me details of my car. It is a 1999 Audi A6 2.8 Quattro with 100,000 kilometre.

I just got a set of H&R race spring (1.9 Front and 1.5 Back) off ebay for my 1999 Audi A6 2.8 quattro.

However, I am afraid this 1.9" drop may be too much for my car, which will increase the negative camber and tire wear. So I am thinking if i should get some new shocks for my car with the race springs. or Just get a set of H&R Sport Instead.

Also I got a car shop quoted me $300 CAD to install the spring. Is this a fair Price? I remember my honda spring install is only $120....

I hope somebody would please help me this new owner.

Thanks.

my neuspeed race springs (2.25" in front, 2" in back) and my negative camber is not bad at all.

installation was $175 american dollars. they installed bilstein shocks as well, $175 for everything.
