I want to get coil overs and lift the a4 2 inches and get some kuhmo mud tires. yup... i hope u weren't joking because i actually took my a4 mudding with a friend. that was some funny shiznit. just like it was, no mudding tires, no lift... just my stock a4. no traction. spun out all over the place. when all was said and done, it was the dirtiest audi i've ever seen. David_K 09-21-2004, 09:38 PM Yeah im seriously considering getting 15" wheels and kuhmo rally tires. id keep my street tires and wheels of course. clconversion 11-09-2004, 07:47 PM ouch I could neve do that to my Audi o the pain & suffering David_K 11-11-2004, 02:49 AM Wimp! clconversion 11-12-2004, 01:15 PM haha yep[sm=icon_rock.gif] lmolaS4 12-12-2004, 12:54 AM I've said it before David, that would look stupid! Gettin sidewayz in a quattro is just an amazing feeling! justnsane 10-17-2007, 08:00 PM I've taken mine to the powerlines behind my neighborhood, they actually do really well in the mud. It is fun to have it sideways with a buddy in the passenger seat telling you how crazy you are. I'm making some skid plates for the underside. Mud washes off real good. auditamer 11-08-2007, 09:43 PM sounds like a plan never do that with my s4 ! lol CAB509 11-08-2007, 11:03 PM alright, so I'm confused, first you say rock climbing and then you say WRC style. they're two totally different thing rock climbing vehicle http://www.adrenalineoffroad.com/fotos.jpg WRC grouppe B car http://www.riechert-racing.de/audi_rally_cars_de/audi-galerie/markt/auto/a2_uri/a2_uri_001.jpg so which one do you want? CALI KID 11-20-2007, 11:29 PM I live in SoCal and I tookmy 2000 Quattro out to Pizmo Beach (Mini Glamis). It's really sandy but the AWD works great. Saw nice lifted trucks getting stuck everywhere but not me. Not once.;) ShoreBoy725 11-25-2007, 07:06 PM Rock Climbing is nothing compared to field hopping in a jacked up 4x4. That's what we do around here for fun. After it rains, the fields get so muddy you can sink up to your waist. We take the jacked up trucks, go muddin in one field till we can see China on the other side, then jump into the next one. Farmers are cool with it too, it works the soil making tilling easier. zakario 04-23-2008, 03:24 PM [quote]ORIGINAL: CAB509 [quote]alright, so I'm confused, first you say rock climbing and then you say WRC style. they're two totally different thing rock climbing vehicle http://www.adrenalineoffroad.com/fotos.jpg WRC grouppe B car http://www.riechert-racing.de/audi_rally_cars_de/audi-galerie/markt/auto/a2_uri/a2_uri_001.jpg [quote] exactly what I was thinking. bojan26 06-19-2008, 06:04 PM Definetly rock climbing vehicle:D |
