ImolaS4 09-24-2004, 11:11 PM Without going into boring details...
Milltek.
PandaXpress 09-27-2004, 04:56 AM i would go for remus but they dont have any HP claims but i love the sound, it wont sound like a civic passing gas. i fell in love with the rich deep sound but it cost like 500 for remus for me becasue i need two exhaust for my B6.

clconversion 11-09-2004, 05:21 PM remus only makes a rear muffler if you want any peformance your going to have to get cat back
sfordeso 11-11-2004, 02:14 AM coming from honda?
*wraps in a blanket* oh you poor guy. don't worry, everything's going to be better now
King72 01-10-2005, 05:44 PM I would go with Remus

whtaudi98 03-10-2005, 06:03 AM milltek.
fithhunter 05-13-2005, 12:43 AM I'm in the same boat! I am coming off of the honda scene from years ago....(PRE FAST AND FURIOUS!). I have a buddy with a Remus on his BMW 328 and it sounds great. I was looking at the cat back. Miltek is kinda expensive but I love the way it sounds. Where can I get soundclips?
Riddler 07-05-2005, 05:25 AM i would go with millitek also, because most exhaust makers make them for the quattro's for some reason.
m3 killer 07-08-2005, 02:50 PM D NONE OF THE ABOVE, SUPERSPRINT!!!!!
04A4UltraSport 10-11-2005, 05:26 AM Milltek. might be expensive but your getting quality performance and a GREAT sound
abacab 10-11-2005, 11:56 AM I just installed (or had someone install) a Milltek fullback resonated..... ***smiles***.....I like it!
Suite3.0A4 10-11-2005, 05:55 PM For performance and a nice mellow throaty sound go Milltek, but if you're looking just for the sound and then go remus. It all depends what you want. Good luck!
so milltek still has a noticeable sound change?
Soley4pres 10-12-2005, 07:01 AM Go Remus and get a muffler shop to do a custom cat back 2.5 mandrel bend piping for you..
nothing sounds like a Remus
and then you get performance too..
I would also add a high flow cat to the mix..

Slow S4 10-29-2005, 09:15 PM i have a full turbo-back Milltek and it sounds awesome. really deep sounding but not too loud and doesnt have a drone either. it is pretty expensive though.
Kellya4 12-23-2005, 02:27 PM I really like the milltek on my a4. The sound is great, cabin is a little loud at speed though. The look of the milltek is awesome, fit and finish are perfect.
so milltek still has a noticeable sound change?

Yes, it has a nice sound on the 2.8 anyway.

i was wondering the same thing. i found a remus exhaust i like, and was going to have custom 2.5 mandrel piping done and was wondering.
how does this type of exhaust performance gains compare to say a pre-made exhaust system?
Dr!ven 01-21-2006, 07:19 PM Didn't someone had a video clip of Milltek? nice deep sound.

ilikecars 03-24-2006, 07:25 PM anybody have a sound clip of the milltek, never really heard one before.
i also come from a honda background (pre-FandF). And grew up with Borla exhaust and thats what i have on my A4. I know its out of subject but is borla any good for Audi?
Soley4pres 05-23-2006, 05:20 PM Suppose to be great...but not too much noise difference over stock
=T=
any HP gains? I'll post pics of system soon.
Iceman9100 06-19-2006, 01:39 PM Get Dynaflows they sound awesome!!!
