def paint it before u install it. i hate when people put their body kits on unpainted its ugly. installation should be pretty difficult if u dont kno what ur doing

u def want to paint it first, afterall, dont you want the inside painted?
and do you have sideskirts and rearbumper and/or lip?
i just dont really dig a lone front bumper....
and if u really want your lines to match, i'd take it to a body shop to slap it on. if ur in the pittsburgh area We can do it for you and Ill make sure to hook it up for a reasonable price.
otherwise, it'll prolly ahve a gap by ur fenders and maybe even move ur headlights a little.

Unless he has done something that might cause fitment issues then it would be stupid to wait to make sure everything was right, you have more of a change to **** up the nice new paint if you have to take it on and off a bunch of times.... Id rather throw it on and make sure everything fits and lines up with the bumper unpainted rather than risk ******* the paint up when something doesn’t fit right later
