I'm from San Diego. I think it would be nice to have an audi club around here. I was up in LA on saturday and saw a huge vw/audi/maybe something else event in a parking garage. Does anybody know what that was?

that was the SoCal Euro Meet at the Anehiem Hooters, i was there and there was alot of nice cars

ooo how did u like MV audi, whne my mom got her car they were good but now with stuff after the sale (a month ago) now they are dicks.

Had a great experience. Got to the dealer around 7pm on Saturday (Feb 12), didn't get out of there til 9:30, (they close at 8). When I went to clean the windshield sunday (the windshield was really "dirty" and since it was late thier detail guys weren't in), I found out it was heavily chipped/pitted, not dirty... called them up and went down that tuesday to have a new windshield put in.

They came down $3000 on the price of the car, and gave me full low bluebook ($2000 more than they wanted) on my tradein. Being almost 2hrs away, I will probably not deal with them too much in the future tho, there are closer dealers.

my problem was in parts not the sales guys, i almost bought my a4 there bought found a private seller for cheaper and the sales guy on my moms new a6 was good (although i knew more about the cra than him) but when we went to buy it it took forever and they wanted us to buy the aftermarket wheels on it cause they didn't want to take them off.

like i PM'd Riddler, the next LA GTG will be on Tuesday, July 26th @ The Stand in Encino. So far we've had about 6 or 7 of these and they all had some nice turn outs. Usually about 20-30 cars, almost ALL Audi come out from all over including some from Orange County, Pasadena, Ventura, Lancaster and yes even the Santa Clarita Valley. Cruise up and meet other folks from AudiWorld, Audizine, and SCC Audi.

Notes: Food and drink discounts to all Audi attendees (15% off everything on the menu including the ice cold beers). Also, just a reminder, please be courteous of the neighbors and do not speed or drive recklessly near The Stand. The last time we had a minor incident where some idiot decided to take someone's car for a test drive through the residential area. Speeding through the neighborhoods is the quickest way to get the cops out and all of us kicked out from The Stand.

Hope to see more of you guys (PandaXpress was the only person from here thats come out so far) at the GTG.

yup, seems like The Stand is the happening GTG in the LA area. Hyperspeed finally showed up to the last one.

im in newport beach :D. but a get together would be fun, maybe someone can help me with the diy headlight blinkers. i dont want to f up on the drilling.

Wassup. Another so cal audi owner here..... I stay by ghetto Compton. U guys should set some sort of meeting to meet some people with the same cars cus I don't know anything about my s4. And its killing me that its still STOCK.... I need to learn how to tweek it and what to buy and not buy Ok let me know if u guys set something up laters

Thanks glennat, of course I know that place, it's right next to Crevier alrite ;). I've been there before I got the MCS, didn't like the attitudes of ... you know ... the sales people there much. Maybe I should try Power, Circle, McKenna Audi next times. :)

so when is another gtg? i know theres something in encino every tuesday i think right? i stay in paramount right next to good ol' compton anything closer to here?? i wanna see what can be done with these cars my 00 s4 is completely stock. or we should organize something around here or maybe in the OC theres probably more audis out there than here by compton LOL well hopefully something happens

yes there is a GTG in Encino. its at The Stand (Ventura Blvd near Balboa). this recurs every 3rd TUE each month. See my other post which i updated for the new date -- TUE, June 20th. we get a good crowd, usually 20-30 Audi's, including lots of modified cars. i remember last summer we would get like 3-5 Stage 3 B5S4's.

by the way, i noticed these a lot of you that are from or near the SFV. y'all should come out to The Stand sometime.
