Hi Scott...I am also new to this forum, we live in Charlotte NC and belong to the Charlotte Audi Club...we have a "yahoo group", go to "Yahoo groups" and type in Charlotte_Audi_Club we meet up quite often, however the majority of the club are S4 owners.

Just joined the forums today and bought my A4 3 weeks ago. I am about 40 minutes from Charlotte and was looking to find other Audi lovers also. Gonna go check out that yahoo group!

I'm originally from CT. And if you see a dolphin grey A4 on 40/85 going to Winston salem at around 6am to 7am its me and from 8pm to 9 pm back to Snow Camp.

Itreplaced my 96' A4 2.8 that I also got in Charlotte. Hickory, NC born and raised... been looking for some people that wanna go to "The Snake" (like the dragon just a bit shorter)hwy 421 from Boone to Johnson City, TN. We had a group of about 20 go right before winter but I was the only audi [sm=boohoo.gif]lots of Celicas, S2k, STi, and other imports though it was still fun. Wereplanning another trip come spring time if anyone is interested.

Moved from N. Raleigh down to Garner recently, so I'm still in the area. If anyone wants to get together we should plan a meetup and perhaps a cruise as well. I'd really like to get some pictures; day and night shots.

Anyway, if we can work it all out in the next week or so to plan for a Saturday meet that'd be cool. I can do second weekend of November I think.

Alright, lets brainstorm a bit for places we can meet up and possible photo opportunities. I've seen the west coast folks do some shots in parking structures, historic parts of town (cobblestone or brick roads) so lets keep those in mind. Maybe near railroad tracks or old train stations (there is one here in Garner).

If people are more interested in a cruise somewhere (short or long distance) we can work that out as well. Short distance ideas include Jordan Lake or Harris Lake (less twisty). Longer distance rides (more twisty) could possibly include Hanging Rock or Pilot Mountain (north of Winston-Salem).

Any other ideas lets throw them out there so we can see what works best for others.

There is always boone. or even some parts of charlotte. Also morganton downtown hickory and ashville

Great to see a lot of ppl from NC. I live in Raleigh, close to the airport. I bought my Audi A6 back in October and have been working on it ever since. I should have it back from the paintshop sometime this week. Does anyone want to meet up this coming weekend?

The VW/Audi fest sounds like fun. Where is it going to be held? I still don't have my car back from the paint shop, but I hope by the end of this week(crosses fingers). I will be in Charlotte for a few days toward the end of April(tentatively the 27th/28th) so maybe we could meet up then. In the meantime, if anyone from the triangle wants to meet up local, reply here. I've attached a couple of pics of my car from the paint booth....

The A6 is looking good! Man, nice bright color. The trip is an overnight trip in the mountains, in some little mountain town in georgia. Everybody is getting a hotel, except me. I figured It' in the mountains.... I'll camp it! I love camping anyways so what the hell.

Sup everyone? Live in Gastonia but work in Charlotte. Just got an 2002 A4 1.8T last week. Hit a deer the next day! Then the Clutch went out money. Had some great luck here lately. it's all good though. 18's and new clutch next week with a Carbon Fiber hood on the way. Anyways hit me up if anyone is meeting. I'm always good for a few beers.

I live in Raliegh,NC... I just got my 1997 audi a4 1.8t... I am trying to get thisngs for it like the mesh grille, Carbonia intake, the r8 style led headlights smoked taillights, etc......

Sup all. I'm up in Charlotte, gotta 99 A4 1.8T Quattro. Still sortin out some issues with the car (ABS light on, Airbag light on, CEL on, need O2 and MAF sensors + windshield fluid motor, all that + VAG-COM on the way), plus sortin out some financial ish (i.e. job loss... love this freakin economy), but once that's straight, I'm always down for something.

I'm down in Jacksonville thanks to the Marine Corps :( I have an 02 A4 1.8t Quattro, anyone else from J-ville?
