I recruited somebody! 56K death, pics added.
Unfortunately... in order to recruit my buddy (into the audi world)... I needed to take an audi from an audizine member. Awesome guy, btw... redrocket is his screen name.
Anyhow, for the moment... I'm way to lazy to redo the damned image codes. [IMG] vs [img], ya know? Why can't all the forums just do everything the same way? So... here's the audizine post:

My friends new audi... the 'redrocket', beside mine, obviously.
As you'll read... he picked up the car this morning, and I told him to come by at 3pm so I'd make it shine. So I washed it, degreased it, cleaned the engine bay, dressed the engine bay, clay'd the car, and then waxed it, as well as cleaned all the interior glass and cleaned the seats.
Effin' sweet.

Daaayum dude, that RedRocket looks CLEEEEAN. I bought a claybar last year, still haven't gotten around to using it. Too damn lazy. How long did it take you to claybar the car?
Slightly off topic: You said your friends new car got keyed while the pervious owner owned it..how bad, and is he gonna fix it? I got a foot-long scratch down my truck, got quoted $125 to get it fixed (plus I have to take my damn rings off then remount them).

Haha yeah his car looks bloody hot eh? It is a high mileage **** though... has 294 000 km's on it... so like 182K miles on it. Ah well, it drives really well, and it's recently been k04'd, timing belt was just done 15K ago, and all the control arms are new... plus he's done the updated headlights, tail lights... obviously a nice drop, and clean wheels. It's really nice, and the previous owner kept it in great shape.
As for the key scratch... it's huge. It starts at the far left of the drivers side rear door... and goes across the whole door, the fender, the trunk, and finishes on the other fender. ********, eh? I don't think my buddy is going to fix it... as it covers 4 body panels and would get $$$ to fix. High mileage car, he got it cheap... just gonna drive it, and enjoy it. It's pretty in pictures, and looks perfect from 15 feet away. It's all good
