19" x 7.5" Forged Wheels, only $250ea.
A5 = 18lbs ea
A5lw = 14.5lbs ea
Will fit all A4 and A3 models.
42mm offset (will clear S series brakes)

This is inventory left over from a retail line sold by us a long time ago. When reorganizing our warehouse we found this one pallet of wheels. I was instructed to sell them quickly and easily. We have VERY limited inventory (4 sets of A5) and only 1 set of A5lw. It is first come first serve and once they sell out they are sold out. We are not closing shop, the majority of our business is in manufacturing, and we will honor the warranties in full. (1 yr defects) The $250 per wheel price includes a Mirror polished finish w/ a heavy duty clear coat. This finish is the same as the polished finish on HRE wheels. Mutinous is minimal (wash with soap & water, wax with auto-wax once in awhile). The Wheels are in a raw machined form and will need to be "finished” so production time is 2-4 weeks (we always quote long). We can have them done in any finish you want there will just be an additional charge for whatever additional costs we incur. Message me with any questions you have or if you would like a quote for a custom finish. We can accept any form of payment (Check, Cashiers Check, Papal, and Credit Card). We do require payment in full up-front. The reason we discontinued the line is because the price of aluminum went up so much that the cost to manufacture the wheels was higher than what we felt we could get for them. We currently manufacture many popular 3-piece forged wheels for several wheel companies. Act fast!

$1,000 wheels look "dodgy" to you?

For the right application, it looks like it would be a nice buy for a person shopping for high-polish forged wheels.

Just in case anyone is wondering we are not going anywhere and will fully support the wheels (warrenty, etc). Our business is manufacturing wheels for third parties. These wheels are both heat and pressure forged. They are cnc machined out of a solid Billet of aluminum. the only reason we are selling these wheels at this price is that they are already machined and we want a quick sale. To build these wheels from scratch at todays prices would cost us upwards of $300 per wheel just to make them. We have sold these wheels to audi owners (including A3's so, no worries on fitment there). Please feel free to message or post any questions you have. Thanks guys!
p.s. I will give anyone who buys the wheels my full contact info. I just want to keep the q's organized on here so I can make sure to answer everybody in a timely manner.

Yabbut, if I go plus 2, from a 17"x7.5" then I'm right at the ragged edge of tolerance for a 245-to-255 width tire on a 7.5" inch wheel width. Not that it's not a great product, or a more than reasonable price, just a little iffy for my particular application, at this time. Now, if I hadn't slammed my Camry into that Jersey wall @ 60mph, in Aug '05...

do you have any black rims on sale?

forgedwheels
10-06-2006, 01:46 AM
yes we could paint them fully black for the same price, also that nice flat black finish too. If you want a black center with polished lip figure about $50 extra per wheel. Unfortunetly these are already cut (thats why the low, low, price). One nice feature, is that if you would like we can do any finish on them (factory color match, black chrome, anodized) you can get crazy and we will just charge you the difference that it costs us. Fitment is no problem for audi's and we have had great success with the owners of A3's as they fit perfectly, but due to their low weight don't hurt performance too bad. please feel free to ask me any questions. These wheels also clear most Rotora and Brembo brake kits, if you have any questions we have the wheels fully 3d modeled and can check any brake clearance issues.
