There is no spoon
So the other day my wife and I were driving out to a nice dinner, and we pulled up next to these two Hawaiian kids in their Jeep. Since the road narrowed ahead, and my lane merged left, I raced away from the light and got over well in front of them, taking care not to cut them off or anything. They got right on my tail, followed me around the corner, pulled up next to me, yelled something, and CHUNKED A SPOON AT MY CAR. It bounced off with a loud CRACK and they pulled a quick left, looking back out their window to see what I would do next. I was already past that street by that time, and I'm not the trouble-making type, so I kept going, pretty sure they had bounced it off my window. At the restaurant I doublechecked the door, and sure enough there was a white nick in the new blue paint. I was lit, but what can I do? I hardly think insurance will believe that it's anything but a rock kicked up from the road or something, especially here in Hawaii where a lot of locals tend to dislike Caucasians and mess up their cars a lot.
Thanks for your support guys . . . I'll give it a shot buffing it out and if that doesn't work grab a paint marker or something and see if I can't fill it in. I really honestly have nothing against Hawaiians, most are nice enough, and a lot of them have more sense of culture and their history than I will ever have. Just like most places in the world, I guess there are a few who ruin it for the rest.
