The only benefit of an intake on our cars is for looks, so as long as you keep that in mind go nuts. In fact a lot of "cold air" intakes will do the opposite and give you hotter air due to heat discharge from our turbos.

*its a stock airbox

intake will not be needed for the 1.8 unless u have a bt (or unless u want to spend $250+ to hear your turbo better)

Then the airbox mod is what you're looking for.

look at my sig... thats the best intake you can get for the best price... only other two options you could consider would be a carbonio or a evo intake but i didnt wanna spend 280+ dollars on an intake and i dont think anyone should... do the mod, takes you like an hour or two max and with a K&N you will feel the difference... great throttle response and to me atleast, i see better overall performance.. you can pull up several threads, including mine with pics of the progress

No reason to flame him, neither is there any reason to tell him to use the ghetto *** air box mod. Thing disgusts me.

Either get a Carbanio *Which is more expensive* or get a Evolution Intake. Both are quality brands, and offer what your looking for.
