Glove Box RATTLES, and its sooo annoying, HELP!
So my glove box rattles when Im driving down the road. Its the most annoying thing in the world, its not really loud but its definately noticeable to me (most of my passengers dont notice it until I point it out)
Im pretty sure it rattles because of my 10,000 watt audi system lol, but still, is there any way to get this to stop rattling???
If i hold it, the rattling stops, or if I stick a piece of styrofoam (sp?) or wood or anything else in that tiny half inch gap on the left side of the glove box..
is there any way to fix this without using a piece of spray painted black styrofoam, lol...

my friend this was one of hte first questions i ever asked on this forum!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh brings back memories...
the response i got was go to a store and buy those stickie thingies that have glue on one side and are rubber on the other . attach it to the inside where the rim of the glove box shuts so that way when its shuts there is resistance and it wont squeek.
those thingies come in different shapes and sized, i dont even know what they are called. they are circular and square ..etc.
you can find them on the legs of desks, on equipment sitting on desks and so on. you get what im talking about??
lol this was the worst explenation ever. i hope you get the idea.

radioshack sells those rubber things, i got some to put on the bottom of my computer speakers to stop them from rattling, they had a few different shapes and sizes
