Default HRE, do i need to say more?

I recently was shootin the sht with the owner of a local wheel store and he proposed that he could make identical HRE 842-R wheels with laser precision. The price was 3000 with tires.... What are your thoughts?

you can get wheels and tires for around 5-600 in packages, "good" oners for grand to 1500

depends on what hres tend to go for, if it is more, buy the real hre's

i wouldn't wanna pay more than 5-6 price, but i would run s4 reps or audi 17's factory stuff, but that is me

800? if you are beyond lucky. More like 1500 per wheel. Thats why 3000 feels like a decent price

true, the point was...they are uber expensive. but you can get a set of wheels and tires for like 6 grand...so depending on the tire you are gonna spend over 800 per wheel (sans tire)

To me 3k for a knock off wheel just doesnt sound llike a good deal. But that is just me. You can go and get yourself a well known wheel brand for 3k or less. And it will be the real thing, not just a "look a like"
But then again that is just me.
