I am thingking of tweaking my 98 A8 a little and have heard that NOS is the best way to go. It's stock now with Audis' claim of 300 horse, I am looking to achieve 360+. I am open to any suggestions.

 

NOS is a cheap way to get a lot of HP for a SHORT amount of time. It's really not that good for the engine.

 

who was it that answered this last time with, "Nos is like a girl with STD's, you want to but your not shure about the consequenses." or something like that. I wouldn't go that route. only sixty more horses shouldn't be that hard to come by.

Naah, forget about nos. Do exhaust,intake and more stuff like that.

So what are you saying, no "juice". I don't race the car or anything, just looking for that edge next time someone tries to take me off the line or during a pass. I have driven "juiced" cars before and enjoyed it without any problams. Give me more insight please.

 

A8 = Luxury; not for messing around with honda civics in traffic.

 

I wasn't refering to any civics, I like to drive a little faster than most and would like to have a "sleaper" for the unexpecting.
