Congratulations!

alright first off...the only way to get any noticeable power out of the 2.8 is to supercharge it, there is a performance chip for your car but it costs upwards of 500$ and only adds 10hp, I'd say first things first...with suspension you are on the right track...http://www.awe-tuning.com...they have prolly the best bang for the buck when it comes to shocks and springs...h&r w/bilstein will definately make you smile...besides that go for some hotchkins sways and just enjoy the ride...maybe some new wheels, the more rubber on the road the better....obviously they make intake for your car, but it is known to get heat soaked, and rob you of performance, if you are looking for exhaust, most of us on this forum haveborla...

so, definately work on suspension, and if you have a 5spd. go for an SC and then worry about brakes, but I'd say the stock brakes are more than enough for a stockish 2.8....

good luck!

If you don't have the 30v V6 then you really can't supercharge the car without a LOT of time and $$$.

what kind of time and money you talking about with the supercharger? Would it be easier to swap in a lower mileage 30v, or adapt the super to the 12v?

and where is this 500 dollar chip for the 12v?

Just search on the 12v's, there basically isnt much you can do to increase HP unless you want to go custom and spend the amount of money you could go by a 30v/S4 for. Exhaust and a few other small mods is about all you can do. Stick to getting an aftermarket suspension and whatever else you want to make it LOOK good. Oh, and unfortunately there are no chips available for our cars. Just come to terms that you have one of the most reliable audis and save your money for something else, IMHO...

for the 12v there are no chips or superchargers.

the only way to get power out of thes engine is to port and polish every thing....requires $$$$ or lots of time and knowledge. for a lot more specific info on 12v go http://forums.audiworld.com/12v/pages/1.phtml
