Has anyone had a problem removing the keys from the stereo? I know I inserted the removal keys in the correction orienation but now the keys or the stereo will come out. No matter how hard I pull the thing won't budge. Please help

Pyull and wiggle alot, the keys will come out... as for the radio... its hti or miss you gotta get all the tabs juist right then you can pull it out.

if you already have the radio out, there are little things that you have to push in and pull the keys out at the same time...there is one for each key. they are located on the side of the radio.

I ended up taking the car to the dealership and the technician just pulled them out with brute force. I couldn't believe how hard he pulled on those things, I thought for sure the radio would be ruined but he said it's ok. So if anyone else has this problem, just pull as hard as you can and they should come out. Be careful though because when one of the keys came out, one of the buttons to the stereo popped out also, luckily the button didn't break.

Yeah mine were a bitch to get out too.. pushed a little on the side and just pulled as hard as I could
