Im currently looking at a 2000 audi S4 and im from AB and the car is in BC. The sales person I've talked to said that the car has had some work done with it that cost about $3000cdn but she tells me that she doesnt know what was done. Anyone have a clue as to what "work" would cost $3000? An accident perhaps?? The car has 102000kms. Im so weary that something's going to blow when I buy it. Im going to ask for the VIN no. tommorow and have it checked. She tells me they were about to close at the time that I phoned..

probably air bag light was on and abs brakes didn't work. but that's just my wild guess as audis seem to have that common problem. better if you ask her to find out what it was that was done on the car.
