Default Vibration when turning to the right, and fan issue: any help?

I am new to the forum and just picked up an 02 ALMS 225 Coupe.

Two things I have noticed...

1) There is a vibration only when turning to the right. The vibration is not linked to speed, acc, decl, or braking. It only happens when turning right.

Is this the CV joint or wheel bearing or something else?

2) When the car has been parked for 12 hrs + and is started the fan runs for ~1-2 minutes is very loud. It is a wining / screeching noise.

Is this a bad electric fan?

I have a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty from the stealership, so any quick help to diagnose is appreciated.

the start-up wine is normal sec air pump. as far as the vibration it could be a number of things ask them to check the wheel bearing(very easy to check) and the cv-joints and tie rods
