I ordered a rear wiper arm from Shokan and was happy with their service. I was also very impressed with getcoolparts.com, when I called them they spent a long time helping me determine what brake parts/brands to buy. There is a coupon code you can use for their website that saves you like 5 or 10%. I don't remember what it is but if you do a search you will find it.

I bought my timing belt kit from Blauparts. They were helpful on the phone and the kit was complete. So...experience was good.

if you buying a timing belt kit...go all oem...i bought the timing belt kit from blauparts and 3000 miles later i had to replace everything...they sent me the wrong tensioner and the water pump failed...learn from my mistake and the mistake of many many 2.7t owners...make sure u get all audi oem parts...check out audizine.com and the s4 forums and ull see many post about this....any other parts id say u can get from these sites...but if your timing belt breaks....new heads or engine

I too have had good luck with AutoHausAZ, and I too, had one of the new, improved water pumps fail(from blauparts, but it's the same brand everyone else sells as well... Hepa?). Mine just began rattling like crazy when the car was warm... only a couple thousand miles after R&R. Went back to OEM pump and everything is happy again. I didn't know about others experience... thought it was just my bad luck. One thing I didn't like about the new design pumps is the stamped metal roller... OEM has a machined aluminum one. Not certain it really makes any difference, but it leaves you wondering... if Audi could have gotten away with an inexpensive stamped roller, why does the OEM pump have a nice machined aluminum one? Who knows... all OEM now and all happy.

AutoHausAZ is a nice place to get what you need, it was referred to me by my brother wherein he used to get his Mazda OEM parts and told me that I can also get some Audi parts here... Since then, I am have been one their loyal customers... There's nothing much that I can tell from this store but "Great"...

If you're looking for general parts, new, I've had good luck with the prices and service from Rockauto.com. For OEM, I got some good prices from Miramar Audi, I think the site is genuineaudivwparts.com

AutoHausAZ FTW!!! It's where I buy all my stuff for my a6 and my bimmers. I've never had a single complaint against them, and their free ground shipping is actually pretty quick.
