I have a set of Ko3's off of S4. Both turbos plus the stock intercoolers. Make me a offer on anything. I also have replacement xenon equipment(bulbs and ballasts).

what year is/was you S4, what engine size?

it was a 02' s4. It was not off my car, it was off of a car at my work. The motor blew so they warranty'd the whole motor and the turbos, everything. I think the tech told me the car had like 30kkk on it. Turbos are fine, there is no shaft play. I have pics upon request

i doubt they would fit, I have a 2.8L V6 93' 100... Am wanting to beef it up some, and thought that perhaps they would do, what do you think..?

do you already have turbos on there. I think they only will fit manifolds that house KO3 or KO4 turbos. I'm not really sure. They will replace anything with a KO3 no problem
