Fuel Rail Wiring Harness.....
Can someone take pictures of the plugs on the fuel rail wiring harness and where they attach. I know where the MAP sensor goes as well as the TPS (throttle positioning sensor) and then there is one (I dont know the name of it) that plugs in below the manifold. There should be a total of 5 plugs on the wiring harness so there are two left that I dont know where they go. If you have the time please post up the pictures because my wiring harness is all apart now.... thanks
Its not that its really hard, I'm just really dumb. I didnt mark things like I should have because I was going too fast and now I'm paying for that mistake. The kit is fairly harder than I intially thought it would be but it is not so hard that it can not be done. I also did not pay enough attention to the directions and tried to wing it and only look at the directions if I really needed to and I know now that that was the wrong way to go. ALSO I dont really have very much experience with the audi engine(this is my first major engine project on this car) and I was doing this mostly for learning purposes.

I think you single handily killed the sale of anymore Forge fmic kits for the 180.

the 180 manifold must be much harder to put back together... I put mine back together with my eyes closed
yeah the TB is on the other side
Other than that, you only claim a nipple on the bottom is bigger. I say thats not all to differnt.
Oh wait, it did say Forge on it.

I will take pictures so you guys can see what I'm talking about but for starters the holes to screw in the fuel rail are in a different place on my new intake manifold than on the 180. Actually on the stock 180 there are two big nipples and two little nipples and on the Forge one ther is one big nipple and two little nipples so somewhere in there you get rid of a hose.

These are the two manifolds....

I have know idea what that metal thing I circled in red is...I did not see it in any of the pictures in the install instructions??? Does anyone else have this on their fuel rail because I cannot bolt down the fuel rail and the metal thing circled in red because one of the bolts wont go in the right way?
